Two men, Abiodun Emmanuel, 20, and Mike Emmanuel, 22, were on Tuesday brought before a Badagry Chief Magistrates’ Court for alleged theft and breach of public peace.

The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The Chief Magistrate, Mr Patrick Adekomaya, granted the two men bail in the sum of N500, 000 with two sureties in like sum.
He adjourned the matter until Sept. 10 for hearing.
