Tonight's Champions League Predictions

Kenny Dalglish, a former Liverpool FC coach, has made significant claims ahead of tonight’s game against Barcelona that would feature his former team.

Barcelona advances to the second leg of the Champions League Semi Finals with three goals ahead of Liverpool as they play today at home.

The former coach of Liverpool said his former team can score four goals to oust the Spainish giants.

He said if the Reds can overthrow the three-goal deficit in Barcelona, it will be their ‘ most prominent ‘ rebound in Europe at that point.

Liverpool has a history marked by making epic rebounds in the Champions League, one of their best games ever being their 2005 triumph in Istanbul. Anfield legend, Dalglish still trusts the team managed by Jurgen Klopp before their own supporters can fulfill the responsibility

In his interview with Sunday post, The former coach said:

“Of course, it’s hard to see any team scoring four against Barca to get through,”

“But I do think the tie is still open, and there remains a glimmer of hope. It would be foolish to say the tie is over.

“There is also a rich history of comebacks by Liverpool in Europe over the years, and that’s why I’d never rule out that being the case again.

“That said, if the players were to overturn this three-goal deficit against Barcelona, it would be the greatest comeback of them all, no question.

“Obviously, the key to it all is getting the first goal. Ideally, you score in the opening 15 minutes to settle everyone down and put real doubt in the minds of the Barcelona players. If that happens, then I wouldn’t rule anything out.”
