Fayemi To Drop Ministerial Position In A Week
Following his victory in the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State gubernatorial primaries, Kayode Fayemi has stated that he will be resigning as a minister in a week.
NIGERIA NEWS gathered that Fayemi will be resigning over claims of much work ahead of the Ekiti State gubernatorial elections.
Fayemi who is currently the Minister of Mines and Steel Development is the governorship candidate of the APC.
In his words, while speaking to State House Correspondents in Abuja, “there is a lot of work to do and me and my co-contestants are seeing the coming election as a collective rescue mission.”
