President Buhari, Kemi Adeosun, Bakare In A Close-Door Session
The report reaching NIGERIA NEWS hints that Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday, July 13, met with the minister of finance, Kemi Adeosun, in a closed-door meeting.
Recall that the minister of Finance has been in the news in recent times for allegedly forging her NYSC exemption certificate but the minister is yet to make a public statement on this.
According to the report, that Pastor Tunde Bakare, the Leader of Latter Rain Assembly arrived the presidential villa together with Adeosun, at about 2.30p.m.
As at the time of filing this report, the agenda of the meeting was not ascertained.
Bakare, former running mate to Buhari as then presidential candidate under the defunct Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), in 2011, was led into the president’s office by the minister.
The Latter Rain Assembly Overseer had recently criticised the Buhari administration over the economic and security situation across the country.
Meanwhile, in an earlier report, NIGERIA NEWS had reported that the presidency reacted to alleged forgery of NYSC certificate by the finance minister Kemi Adeosun.
