The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has reacted to the online advertisement that went viral that the organization is recruiting new officers.
The agency in a statement issued by the agency spokesman, Bisi Kazeem stated that the advert is not from FRSC adding that it is a scam.

Kazeem advised members of the public to be patient so as to avoid being duped.
According to the FRSC spokesman, he said any recruitment exercise would be duly published by the agency on various platforms like national dailies and the corps website.
Kazeem said: “The Corps` attention has been drawn to a number of online sites currently advertising application forms for vacant positions at the Federal Road Safety Commission.
“This is to inform members of the public that the Corps is not responsible for any of the advertisements, and expressly disclaim all liability for, extortion of any form arising out of use, in reference to or reliance on any information contained in these sites.
“The Corps implores would-be applicants and the general public to be patient, avoid desperate moves and also assure you that any recruitment exercise organized by the federal government through the Corps will be published in the national dailies, the website (www.frsc.gov.ng) and on all FRSC social media platforms.”
