Nigeria Is Bigger Than Your Ambition – GPN Tells Buhari
The National Chairman of the Green Party of Nigeria, (GPN), Chief Sam Ike, has urged President Muhammadu Buhari, to toe the path of honour and shelve his presidential ambition, as the country is bigger than his 2019 ambition. He made this known to the Daily Post in Bauchi.
According to Ike, the All Progressives Congress, (APC) led administration does not have the political will to take Nigeria to the promised land, adding that the same attribute also shows in their inability to attract meaningful development.
He described the Buhari-led government as the worst ever in the country, adding that it was also a waste of mandate by Nigerians.
He said, “There is nothing tangible APC has done to vindicate themselves after claiming to heel the wounds of Nigerians if voted into power. However, we are only having collapsed system apart from poverty and hunger.”
According to Ike, Nigerians should no longer be deceived by the antics of APC agentsahead of the 2019 elections, pointing out that only credible persons should be voted into power.
NIGERIA NEWS also gathered that the GPN Chief also lamented over the consistent and flagrat disobedience of the APC administration to courts orders adding that the government of also operating outside Nigeria’s constitution.
Ike noted that the country is gradually descending into anarchy with the incessant killings across the country especially with the APC-led administration inability to proffer solutions.
The GPN Chief, thereafter, disclosed that his party remains the only means of putting the nation on the right track, assuring that the party will soon unveil its presidential candidate.
He, therefore, urged the people of Bauchi state to vote for former governor, Isa Yuguda, under the GPN, as the senatorial bye election draws closer.
