The continued delay of the release of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) 2019 results by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is leaving concerned Nigerians agitated, Concise News reports.

It is no longer news that the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) exams 2019 conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is yet to be released weeks after teh examination has been conducted, the board has come out to explains reasons on the reason they have failed to release the 2019 result.

Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has citeds massive examination malpractice by the students in collaboration of some approved JAMB examination centres as the reasons why they have failed to release it.

JAMB has said that they will conduct a thorough screening of each of the centre to identify those who have cheated to weed them out of their results and probably prosecute those caught in the act.

Recall that NIGERIA NEWS reported that JAmB has said that about 100 people are currently being prosecuted by the board over the just concluded examination as a reason of examination malpractice

We had reported that over 1.8million candidates registered and did the examination in the exercise that spans a week including weekend across the 36 states in Nigeria plus the FCT

It is obvious both parents and students are already growing weary of the tactics employed by the  Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) to fish out the cheats and this is evident in much social media as students and parents given yearning out their frustration

Other bodies like CACOL, NUT has called on JAMB to desist from putting candidates on undue pressure and release the results of those who have not been caught in the examination

Nigeria News has some reactions from social media as Nigerians continue to react to the situation and JAMB continuation to delay the students result for 2019 UTME examiantion i
