JAMB 2019

Since the conclusion of the 2019 UTME examination exercise late last month,  the question on the lips of Nigerians have been “when will JAMB release the result of the examination?

Is JAMB Result Out For 2019?
Concise News gathered that on several occasions,  JAMB has maintained that the results is not yet released. That means candidates cannot check their results, almost a month after sitting for the examination. This is however unusual as previous years have seen candidates check their results within of after conclusion of the examination exercise.

Why Has JAMB Not Released UTME Results For 2019?
JAMB recently, noted that it has not released the UTME results due to a probe it is carrying out as a result of the widespread irregularities that occurred during the course of the examination exercise.
According to the examination body, some persons engaged in malpractices and it is verifying particulars of the candidates before the release of the results.
JAMB Report on UTME Results

“We would strictly follow the process so that we can get it right. We are less concerned about the time, but (more about) how well and credible (the results become); neither policy meeting nor admission will start this month,” JAMB’s media aide, Fabian Benjamin, had said in response to why the examination body had yet to release the results.

He further said, “Illegality had thrived in the society of over the years because people failed to follow issues to (their) logical conclusion. “But we have decided to do otherwise, and we need the support of Nigerians to achieve that.”

The delay in the release of the results has made many parents worried as they called on exam board to do the needful.

When Will JAMB 2019 UTME Results Be Out?
However, for now, there is no specific date revealed by JAMB for the release of the UTME results but they are expected to be out as soon as the exam body’s investigations into alleged malpractices are concluded?
