NGO ready to reward professionals, philanthropists

A Non-Governmental Organisation, Divine Motivation For Positive Impact Initiative is set to honour pupils, students, people, who have distinguished themselves in their various fields of life like, the academia, career and philanthropy.
This is contained in a statement jointly signed by the founder and secretary of the NGO, Mr Gbenga Emiloju and Mrs Adeaola Adetayo, in Ikole-Ekiti on Thursday.
According to the statement, no fewer than 1000 participants across Nigeria are expected at the 2018 edition of the Positive Impact Summit tagged: “How To Live A Fulfilling Marital Destiny”.
“This year’s edition of our annual seminar will take place in Ado-Ekiti on Saturday, Nov. 10.
“In our usual practice, there will be cash prizes and donations of writing materials to pupils and students, who have excelled in their academics.
“We will also honour men and women, who have touched lives with their philanthropic gesture in Ekiti, across the county, as well as globally.
“It is also part of our responsibility to impact on the lives of people, this we will ensure in our line up of programmes.”
NAN recalls that the annual summit of the NGO usually witnesses cash donations to indigent pupils and students, scholarships as well as award of recognition to some selected people, to encourage them to do more in the society.
