He subsequently inspected the various products on display at Cilantro Restaurant in Maitama District of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

“With support from UKaid, we were able to develop this processing machine to eliminate manual means of processing acha (hungry rice).
“What takes up to two weeks to produce, using manual means, now takes less than four days to get it ready.
“It is also centred at delivering an end product that is superior in quality, sand-free cereal, more job creation and attainment of self-reliance,’’ she said.

“We thought of what could be affordable and safe for everyone to use and we developed the plastic toilets which is better than the pit toilets.
“Presently, we have been able to distribute the product to Ekiti, Enugu, Bauchi, Jigawa, Plateau and Kebbi States.
“We hope to engage more Nigerian youths in the production as we spread our distribution to other states,” she said.
