Serbia Names 24-man Contingent To Face Nigeria

Krstajic has called up the full strength National team with the likes of Captain and National legend, Branislav Ivanovic, Manchester United Midfield Enforcer, Nemanja Matic and Southampton forward, Dusan Tadic all included in the 24-man Serbia contingent. There are also invitations for Roma defender, Aleksandar Kolarov and Lazio hot midfield prospect, Sergei Milinkovic-Savic.

Serbia Coach, Mladen Krstajic names Nemanja Matic in 24-man Squad to face Nigeria in Pre-World Cup Friendly

Ahead of the Pre-World Cup Friendly between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Eagles of Serbia, the coach of the Serbian side, Mladen Krstajic has released his team of players to prosecute the encounter.

Krstajic has called up the full strength National team with the likes of Captain and National legend, Branislav Ivanovic, Manchester United Midfield Enforcer, Nemanja Matic and Southampton forward, Dusan Tadic all included in the 24-man Serbia contingent.

There are also invitations for Roma defender, Aleksandar Kolarov and Lazio hot midfield prospect, Sergei Milinkovic-Savic.

Fulham’s Aleksandar Mitrovic is one of only two strikers called up by Krstajic, the other being PAOK Salonica’s Aleksandar Prijovic.

The Friendly between both sides that are preparing for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia comes up on the 27th of March at The Hive Stadium, London.
