Nigerians Throng NIKE’s Store In London For Super Eagles Kit
The Super Eagles kit has reportedly sold out within minutes online after it finally went on sale, with a large queue at NIKE’s physical store in London. The kit has gotten a huge buzz since it was unveiled in February ahead of the World Cup in Russia, with the home shirt’s zig-zag design and retro look.
In fact the retro-themed kit has being hailed as the tournament’s best in a recent Sky Sports poll while the Super Eagles will debut it for their friendly match against England on Saturday at Wembley.
Recall that NIGERIA NEWS reported that the Nigerian Football Federation had stated that over three million pre-orders were made before Friday.
The kit, both home and away, which have been promoted by Arsenal star Alex Iwobi, Wizkid, Olamide among others cost £65.
