Three Suspects Nabbed In Failed Kidnapping Attempt

Residents Nab Three Kidnapping Suspects

There have been Suspected Kidnappers Nabbed in Failed Attempt In Lagosreports of a group three kidnapping suspects who were arrested by the police following a failed attempt.

A Facebook user, Akinwande, who shared a footage displaying the three suspected kidnappers on his social media account, expressed gratitude to members of his community for foiling the suspected kidnapping attempt that had been made on his wife. 

In the footage, the suspects are seen lying down on a blood-stained floor in the open as they were surrounded by residents who bemused the attempt. One of the bystanders is seen landing slaps on the three suspects.

From a voice heard in the video, the suspects had made an attempt to abduct the woman on a motorcycle which they were already occupying themselves.

The residents are heard making comments concerning the outrage of the alleged kidnapping attempt, trying to abduct an adult with an already occupied motorcycle in broad daylight.

Kidnapping has been rife in the country over the last few months with numerous cases recorded in various states, with the kidnapers placing demands for ransoms running into millions of naira.

While it is obvious that the arguably most famous case is that of the notorious suspected kidnapper knwn as Evans, whise trial has been on for about five months now.

Also, recenty in kwara State, the mother of the chairman of the National Labour Party, Mike Omotosho, was kidnapped around Tanke area of the state.

The kidnappers were said to have made a demand of N100 million.
