Why INEC Declares PDP As Winner Of Zamfara State Election
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC under the command of Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, the chairman of the Electoral body nullify the candidacy of all the All Progressive Congress, APC candidates who won in the last 2019 Zamfara state election and thereby declare the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, who happened to be the first runner up in the election, the winner of the election, NIGERIA NEWS reports.
The nullification is due to the judgment pass by the Supreme Court that all the APC did not conduct any valid primary election for the candidates. And so, for that reason, their victory is canceled and the victory is given to the first runner up who happened to be PDP members.
The INEC chairman reveals the report in Abuja on Friday during a briefing.
According to Prof. Mahmood, the electoral commission not only follow the judgment of the court but also take legal advice from a legal practitioner concerning the judgment. The electoral commission reveals that the PDP won the Governorship and Deputy Governorship posts of the Zamfara state election.
According to section 179 subsection 2 of the 1999 constitution, INEC said that PDP qualifies with all criteria the constitution provides. However, the PDP won Zamfara central, west and north senatorial district. The PDP also won the 7 House of Representative.

Lyta Not Cool With The Equality Encouraged By Olamide
The YBNL boss reveals that there is a scheduled calendar that is followed in YBNL in order to make sure the artists under the record label get equal attention, but Lyta was not cool with sort of things as he wants all the attention to be always drawn to him all the time.
Olamide said that if one should be one-sided, publicizing just only one artist under a record label then other artists would definitely be deprived of the growth they need and could frustrate any artists involved
Olamide then gives an instance whereby Lyta hits with the tracks ‘Self Made’ and ‘Time’ in the year 2018. And now on the calendar schedule, it’s time for another artist to also thrive and that’s the only way record label could grow. Lyta must have been pissed off with such arrangement and therefore he should be allowed to go if it’s what he wants.
Lyta Said Someone Promise To Sign Him
Olamide has to let Lyta go as he requested to be let go as he has someone who promises him to being signed. However, Olamide is not angry with that but instead allow him to take his leave and bless him as well.
Olamide said Lyta went about saying all sort of odd things about him, even when he knew he was lying in order to leave as he is not cool with the arrangement to equalize every artist in YBNL Olamide said he wished him all the best.
Lyta Could Be Envying Fireboy’s Recent Breakthrough Into The Limelight
Recently Fireboy has been in the limelight and this may have triggered something in Lyta not be giving any more attention to release songs anytime he wants to also be in the limelight.
He could have been a very competitive someone who always wants to be at the top. But due to the criteria laid down in YBNL that all the artists should have equal opportunity to thrive, then he felt he was left behind.
This might have been the reason or one of as to why he left. He could hope that there might be a better offer or chances there.
