JAMB News: When To Start Checking Your JAMB Results

The Head of Media and Publicity for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, Fabian Benjamin revealed on Tuesday that out of 1.8 million registered candidates for the examination, only about 1.2 million candidates sat for the examination and added that no JAMB results had been discharged yet, NIGERIA NEWS reports.

The exam which started on 11th of April ended successfully and the results of each candidate were still undergoing screening due to many cases related to examination misconduct as to which said by Mr. Benjamin and he quoted several reasons why there is still a little delay in releasing the result as quoted below:

“We have to keep screening these results because there are lots of issues we discovered like multiple registrations, impersonation and the likes, so we are still fishing them out.

“Some have been arrested and those yet to be arrested, we have their records, we will fish them out. However, candidates should expect their results very soon,”

The most effective method to check JAMB Results is then enlisted below:

• Visit the JAMP e-Registration website https://www.jamb.org.ng/efacility./
• Make sure you enter your details correctly such as your “email” and “password” and click on “Check 2019 UTME Examination Results”
• Then the test score will be shown
• You would rather receive a prompt message “You Do Not Have Any Result Yet.”, if your result is not ready yet.
• Make sure you check later with the same steps.

Note that you might be among the candidates that would receive their test score into their email address and they would be alerted through the cell phone number inputted during registration.
