JAMB reveals official date for release of 2019 JAMB result

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) may commence discharging the 2019 JAMB result from today, which is May 10, 2019, according to reports reaching the NIGERIA NEWS desk, provided there is last minute unforeseen situations.

The board, however, banned 100 of the 687 Computer Based Test (CBT) centers over reports of examination malpractice that breached the exam board’s regulations.

Mr. Fabian Benjamin who is JAMB’s spokesman had earlier revealed to The Guardian in an interview on Thursday that JAMB results would be out before weekend.

Mr. Fabian said:

“In the course of our biometric examination, over 100 centres are discovered to be involved in acts, not in tandem with JAMB rules and have been banned from participating in examinations,”.

In addition to this, the exam board’s official spokesperson allays concerns and reiterated that it would punish only offenders of exam malpractice.
